Curry Sauce

I use it hot as the sauce for “Currywurst” ( = curry sausage) or cold as a dip for potatoes. It’s really tasty and easy. Don’t get irritated by the cola, it gives a caramelly flavour and can’t actually taste it.

Ingredients

  • 1 L Cola
  • 800ml Ketchup
  • 10 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Tabasco hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp Worcestersauce
  • 4 tsp lime juice
  • salt

Step 1: 

Let the Cola boil until it’s reduced to 200ml.

Step 2:

Lower the heat and add all the other ingredients. Best is if you use a whisk. Heat the sauce a bit up again and then it’s ready.
