It’s an amazing and rich brownie recipe. You can also add walnuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Ingredients
- 130g butter
- 170g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 250g sugar
- 150g flour
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
Step 1:
Melt the chocolate together with the butter over a water bath and let it cool down a bit.
Step 2:
Add the eggs and all the other ingredients bit by bit.
Step 3:
Grease the baking pan or cover it with baking paper, then fill with the dough and bake for 30 min at 180°C.
