Once I made Bailey’s for the birthday of a very good friend and since then she gets a bottle every year with a new self-designed label. Try it! Suuuuper easy..
Ingredients
- 800g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
- 200g sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar or little dash of vanilla extract
- 150ml whiskey
Step 1:
Dissolve coffee and cocoa in the whiskey.
Step 2:
Whip the cream together with sugar, just until it gets creamy (not solid!). Then add the whiskey and mix well.
Ready!
Step 3:
Now you can fill it in bottles or have a glass straight away!
